Healthy, Shiny, Silky Straight Hair
Thermal reconditioning and straightening is a chemical process that changes the structure of the hair, making it totally straight. Thermal Straightening procedures are done in conjunction with straightening irons that seal in the hair's moisture and shine.
This hair straightening process leaves hair shinier and frizz free. In fact, it improves the texture of hair. Wavy and curly hair is almost always frizzy because the cuticle is usually opened and porous, causing the hair to be vulnerable to all outside elements. On the other hand straight hair is usually smooth because the cuticle is in a closed state, allowing light to reflect off its smooth surface. By straightening the hair the cuticle the hair is shinier, healthier and safer from the outside elements.
Treated hair will remain straight and will not become curly or wavy again. New growth that appears in the months following the straightening will need to be straightened again. New growth usually needs to be straightened 3 to 6 months after the initial straightening. 
The thermal straightening process will take 3 to 7 hours to complete depending on the length, thickness and curl pattern of your hair. Some hair such as highlighted, tinted and sun lightened hair may need protein treatments before it is processed. Consultations are Free and sometimes can be completed over the phone.
